Offline-First Operations
Every device continues performing critical work during connectivity loss. Encrypted local database and persistent sync safely reconcile when connectivity returns.
The whole operation. Even when the internet isn’t.
A retail business needed an operational system that runs reliably in environments where internet availability cannot be treated as a requirement. The system needed to handle point-of-sale, inventory, customer accounts, supplier operations, checks, payments, returns, reporting, and operational controls, all synchronized across multiple devices.
Full-stack developer: designed the offline-first architecture, built the Flutter application for Windows and Android, implemented encrypted local database, synchronization layer, POS workflows, inventory management, financial operations, and reporting.
Every device continues performing critical work during connectivity loss. Encrypted local database and persistent sync safely reconcile when connectivity returns.
Inventory and financial transactions are atomic and retry-safe, preventing duplicated effects during synchronization across devices.
POS, inventory (unit/weight/package), customer accounts, supplier liabilities, checks, returns, cash drawer, and financial reporting in one system.
First-Expiry-First-Out inventory consumption with batch tracking, supply management, and expiry date monitoring.
Designed for concurrent device usage with conflict resolution ensuring data consistency across the synchronized fleet.

This is not a CRUD application wrapped around a database. It is operational software designed around failure conditions: connectivity loss, retries, accounting reversals, concurrent devices, incomplete imports, inventory consistency and financial integrity. It demonstrates the ability to engineer software that a business can depend on for its daily operations.
