Multi-Sided Marketplace
Coordinates five independent roles (customers, wholesale buyers, sellers, delivery partners, and administrators), each with their own flows and permissions.
The right parts. The right people. One platform.
The automotive parts market needed a coordinated platform connecting customers, wholesale buyers, sellers, delivery operations, and administrators, handling a complexity that ordinary e-commerce systems rarely address: explicit compatibility between automotive parts and vehicles, multi-role workflows, and server-enforced commercial rules.
Full-stack developer: built the Flutter mobile commerce application, server-side business logic, and a dedicated Next.js administration portal with SSR authentication.
Coordinates five independent roles (customers, wholesale buyers, sellers, delivery partners, and administrators), each with their own flows and permissions.
Pricing, discounts, commissions, inventory locking and checkout are calculated server-side rather than trusted to the client application.
Parts are explicitly linked to vehicle makes, models, and years, allowing customers to search by vehicle rather than part name alone.
Separate Next.js application with SSR authentication for user reviews, product moderation, order management, and operational control.
Full Arabic, English, and Hebrew interfaces with proper RTL rendering throughout the application.
